Care to post Highlands State Championships compared to LPD State Titles now? Or would you like to leave that out? The deaf and blind could win the Highlands District.

Ok, so you put up something different as to what I asked for. Again, I'd like to see the number of state titles won by the Highlands District Compared to the LPD. I think your argument will fall short when we get that info.
